Committed Funds definition

Committed Funds means that portion of the Superb Account reserved as a result of action by the Department of Health and Environmental Control Services to approve costs for planned site rehabilitation activities.
Committed Funds means, in any period, the aggregate funds to be provided by NYGB pursuant to executed investment and financing agreements which remain in force during that period, without such funds having been Deployed, expressed in dollars. “Committed” has a corresponding meaning.
Committed Funds means, in relation to each tranche of Funding incepted, the Committed Funds for that tranche of Funding as detailed in the Schedule;

Examples of Committed Funds in a sentence

  • As set out in the Project Plan, the Funder's total Committed Funds, inclusive of the Transaction Costs and Deal fee set out in the Project Plan, is £10,302,553, subject to any subsequent agreement to change any of these sums.

  • The Allocation Period shall be closed on the date on which Committed Funds have been allocated up to the Total Investment Amount (the “Final Closing Date”).

  • Upon the first to occur of any extension of either (1) the Commitment Period under Section 1.2 or (2) the Maturity Date under Section 1.4 pursuant to the first sentence of Section 2.1 above, an additional Warrant to purchase such number of shares of Common Stock shall be issued to each Lender equal to that portion of the Committed Funds to be loaned by each such Lender multiplied by 0.5, divided by the Extension Exercise Price.

More Definitions of Committed Funds

Committed Funds means, with respect to an Investor, the amount of funds reflected on such Investor’s dashboard on the Platform as being earmarked in the Escrow Account as being committed for any Investment submitted by the Investor regardless of whether such funds have been disbursed or not;
Committed Funds means any Award funds that have been advanced bySport England to the Award Recipient and either the Award Recipient has paid them to a third party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or else the Award Recipient has, prior to receiving any demand for repayment from Sport England, entered into a legally binding commitment to pay them to a third party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Committed Funds means, in any period, the aggregate funds to be provided by NYGB pursuant to fully negotiated client and partner financing agreements executed in that period, without such funds having yet been Deployed, expressed in dollars. “Committed” has a corresponding meaning.
Committed Funds has the meaning given to the term in Clause 4.3(a)below;
Committed Funds means the total of: the Pledge and all amounts invested by Co-Investors which have been paid for as directed on the Platform; plus any amounts that have been invested by existing shareholders of the Investee Company pursuant to pre-emption rights under the existing governing documents of the Investee Company; less any amounts that have been cancelled pursuant to the exercise of Cancellation Rights. “Due Date” 7 days following the date that the Initial Funding Target is met;
Committed Funds means the total funds committed by the Funder pursuant to this Agreement and the HP LFA, as detailed in the Project Plan (as may be amended by agreement between the parties from time to time);
Committed Funds means up to an aggregate of $1,000,000.00.
