Committed Delivery Date definition

Committed Delivery Date means the date at which, by common agreement between Orange and the Customer, the Service will be delivered to a specified Location.
Committed Delivery Date has the meaning given to that term in the WBA. CommsAlliance means Communications Alliance Ltd. Common Property means any real property or part thereof which is owned or managed by a third party strata body, managing corporation or other similar entity, or which is otherwise common to, accessible by, or shared between, two or more separately owned or occupied Premises to which nbn may require access. Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia. Competition and Consumer Act means the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Committed Delivery Date means the date on which Supplier shall deliver a completed Item and all required documentation to Applied, as determined under Sections 2.1.5.2 and 2.1.5.3. As to Services for which a Purchase Order is the "Authorized Demand Signal," the "Committed Delivery Date" means each date established by such Purchase Order for completion of Services and delivery of work product or other deliverables to Applied.

Examples of Committed Delivery Date in a sentence

  • If the RFS Date is (from the reasons on the Dial Telecom side) later than the Committed Delivery Date, the Subscriber will be compensated by a reduction of the Non-Recurring Charge (“Delivery Rebate” - penalty) as calculated below.

  • Orange will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Date of Acceptance of the Service at each Location occurs no later than the Committed Delivery Date agreed to by the Parties.

  • If the Date of Acceptance of the Service at a Location is later than the Committed Delivery Date, and the delay is caused by Orange, Customer will be entitled to a credit of US $50 up to a maximum of US $1,000 per Location, or the relevant installation Charge, whichever is higher, for each full day of delay.

  • If the actual delivery date of a new Access number or of the Service at a Location is later than the Committed Delivery Date, and Orange causes the delay, Customer will be entitled to the following remedies.

  • Where the Service is being provisioned as part of a multi-product or multi-site solution, the project timelines jointly agreed between the parties will override the Committed Delivery Date in respect of individual Services and associated Service Credits.


More Definitions of Committed Delivery Date

Committed Delivery Date means in respect of each Service the date agreed between FT and Newco for delivery of Switched Voice Services as set out in Appendix 7 and as further specified in the Service Orders;
