Committed Capacity definition

Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;
Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity:
Committed Capacity means the amount of the Unit Capacity designated as Committed Capacity in accordance with Section 4, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 10.

More Definitions of Committed Capacity

Committed Capacity means the Barrel per day capacity equal to the aggregate Committed Volumes pursuant to all TSAs in effect during the month of prorationing.
Committed Capacity has the meaning given to it in GC 4. “Confidential Information” has the meaning given to it in GC 24.1.

Committed Capacity means the pipeline capacity available for Committed Shippers and shall include up to 90% of total pipeline capacity.
