Commitment Ratio definition

Commitment Ratio means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage equivalent of the ratio which such Lender’s Commitment bears to the aggregate amount of all Commitments.
Commitment Ratio means the percentage in which a Lender is severally bound to fund its portion of Advances to the Company under the Revolving Loan Commitments, as set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto (together with Dollar amounts) (and which may change from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof).
Commitment Ratio means, with respect to any Lender for any Commitment, the percentage equivalent of the ratio which such Lender's portion of such Commitment bears to the aggregate amount of such Commitment (as each may be adjusted from time to time as provided herein); and "Commitment Ratios" shall mean, with respect to any Commitment, the Commitment Ratios of all of the Lenders with respect to such Commitment. As of the Agreement Date, the Commitment Ratios of the Lenders party to this Agreement are set forth on Schedule 3 hereto.

  • Each Lender shall fund its respective Commitment Ratio of Revolving Loans as required to repay Swingline Loans outstanding to the Swingline Lender upon demand by the Swingline Lender but in no event later than 1:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the next succeeding Business Day after such demand is made.
