Examples of Commitment Fee Rate in a sentence
The commitment fee for any period will be equal to the Commitment Fee Rate in effect from time to time during such period, times an amount equal to the Commitments minus the aggregate principal amount of Loans outstanding during such period; provided, that for purposes of calculating the commitment fee, Swingline Loans shall not be considered outstanding Loans.
The Authority acknowledges that as of the Effective Date the Commitment Fee Rate is that specified above for Level 1.
