Commissioning Report definition

Commissioning Report has the meaning set forth in the Commissioning and Acceptance section of the Technical Volume.
Commissioning Report means a written report from Contractor demonstrating that the System (or a Segment, if Purchaser agrees to accept it) is Ready for Commercial Acceptance or Provisional Acceptance, as the case may be, and has passed all Acceptance Testing and all other acceptance and performance requirements set forth in the System Commissioning and Acceptance section of the Technical Volume.
Commissioning Report has the meaning set forth in the System Commissioning and Acceptance section of Appendix 4.

  • The first-year report shall include the completed Commissioning Report required by Schedule H if not already submitted and approved.
