Commissioning Period definition

Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Buyer shall pay Sellers for the Allocated Quantity of Gas supplied during the Commissioning Period at the Gas Price and any Gas deliveries during the Commissioning Period shall be subject to the other provisions of this Agreement excluding Clauses 10 and 11, which shall not apply.

  • The JOC shall meet not less frequently than semi-annually during the Commissioning Period and the Supply Period in accordance with the schedule determined by the JOC, or at such more frequent intervals as the JOC may decide from time to time.
