Examples of Commissioning Contract in a sentence

  • Termination, suspension and disputes Implementing the following actions on behalf of the Commissioners: initiating suspension of the Commissioning Contract, or any Service, following a Suspension Event; serving notice to terminate the Commissioning Contract, or any Service, in accordance with the terms of the Commissioning Contract; and initiating and conducting Dispute Resolution (unless in any case an individual Commissioner elects to initiate Dispute Resolution on its own account).

  • Providing such other relevant information to Commissioners in relation to the Commissioning Contract as agreed by the Commissioners.

  • Each Commissioner under this Agreement is a party to every Commissioning Contract covered by the Collaborative.

  • If the Contract is a Commissioning Contract or Cooperation Contract, the Provider(s) provides additional warranties to International IDEA as set out in the Additional Terms.

  • Where the Contract is a Commissioning Contract or a Cooperation Contract, the Provider will follow the process for production of Deliverables or Reports (if relevant), as provided for in the Additional Terms.

  • Notwithstanding anything stated elsewhere in the bid documents, the Contract to be entered into will be treated as a divisible Supply, Civil construction, Erection & Commissioning Contract and Comprehensive O & M Contract initially for 5 (five) years.

Related to Commissioning Contract

  • Training Contract means an agreement signed by the employer and the Apprentice or Trainee (and a parent or guardian if applicable), in accordance with the Act and Regulatory requirements.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
