Commission Trust Agreement definition

Commission Trust Agreement means the agreement in the form attached as Schedule "A" to these Regional MLS® Rules.
Commission Trust Agreement means the agreement between the Listing Brokerage and a Co-operating Brokerage relating to the receipt and distribution of funds in connection with a real estate Transaction.
Commission Trust Agreement means the agreement in the form included below at MLS® Rule 11.9: Commission Trust Agreement – Sample Wording, and as is standard on OREA Agreements.

  • This agreement shall constitute a Commission Trust Agreement as defined in the MLS® Rules and shall be subject to and governed by the MLS® Rules pertaining to Commission Trust.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing between Seller and Listing Brokerage, any commission payable to any other brokerage shall be paid out of the commission the Seller pays the Listing Brokerage, said commission to be disbursed in accordance with the Commission Trust Agreement.
