Collection Action means any of the following:
Quebec Action means the Quebec Action as defined in Schedule A.
Commission means the Securities and Exchange Commission.
FTC means the United States Federal Trade Commission.
Ontario Action means the Ontario Action as defined in Schedule A.
Response Action means the investigation, cleanup, removal, remediation, containment, control, abatement, monitoring of or any other response action to the presence of Regulated Substances or Contamination in, on, at, under or emanating from the Stadium Site, including the correction or abatement of any violation required pursuant to Environmental Laws or by a Governmental Authority.
resolution action means the decision to place an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) under resolution pursuant to Article 32 or 33, the application of a resolution tool, or the exercise of one or more resolution powers;
Action shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(j).
Commission Guidance means (i) any publicly available written guidance or rule of general applicability of the Securities and Exchange Commission staff or (ii) written comments, requirements or requests of the Securities and Exchange Commission staff to the Company in connection with the review of a Registration Statement.
Regulatory Action means an administrative, regulatory, or judicial enforcement action, proceeding, investigation or inspection, FDA Form 483 notice of inspectional observation, warning letter, untitled letter, other notice of violation letter, recall, seizure, Section 305 notice or other similar written communication, injunction or consent decree, issued by the FDA or a federal or state court.
Home state action means any administrative, civil, equitable, or criminal action permitted by the home state’s laws which are imposed on a nurse by the home state’s licensening board or other authority, including actions against an individual’s license such as revocation, suspension, probation, or any other action which affects a nurse’s authorization to practice.
HSR means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.
Selling Commission means three percent (3%) of the gross proceeds of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed between the Company and the Agent with respect to any Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement.
Antitrust Authority means the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the United States Federal Trade Commission.

Legal Action means and includes any claim, counterclaim, demand, action, suit, counterclaim, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation before any
Decommission means to remove a facility or site safely from service and reduce residual radioactivity to a level that permits:
Bail-In Action means the exercise of any Write-Down and Conversion Powers by the applicable EEA Resolution Authority in respect of any liability of an EEA Financial Institution.
DOJ means the United States Department of Justice.
Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.
FCC means the Federal Communications Commission.
Antitrust Authorities means the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, the attorneys general of the several states of the United States of America, and any other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction pursuant to applicable Antitrust Laws with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby.
Selling Commissions means any and all commissions payable to underwriters, dealer managers or other broker-dealers in connection with the sale of Shares, including, without limitation, commissions payable to the Dealer Manager.
Civil action means all suits or claims of a civil nature in a state or federal court, whether cognizable as cases at law or in equity or admiralty. "Civil action" does not include any of the following:
CERCLA means the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended.
