Commercialization Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

More Definitions of Commercialization Plan and Budget

Commercialization Plan and Budget means the detailed written --------------------------------- description of approved promotional, co-promotional, marketing, and sales activities with respect to a Licensed Product in North America, together with a budget therefor, approved or to be approved by Steering Committee Action.
