Commercialization Budget definition

Commercialization Budget means the budget of Commercialization Costs set forth in the Commercialization Plan to be incurred by the Parties in connection with the performance of the Commercialization Plan.
Commercialization Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Commercialization Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.

More Definitions of Commercialization Budget

Commercialization Budget means the budget of Commercialization Costs established by the JSC covering all Commercialization activities in the [***] set forth in the approved [***] portion of the [***] or the approved [***], as applicable, as such budget may be updated and approved by the JSC, from year to year.
