Commercial Supply definition

Commercial Supply means a supply that is a commercial supply in accordance with section 14;
Commercial Supply means the supply of Licensed Product for Commercialization in the Territory.
Commercial Supply has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Indemnification related to the manufacture and supply of clinical supply of PRINT Materials and Research Products shall be provided for in the Development Supply Agreement described in Section 9.1(b) and indemnification related to the manufacture and supply of commercial supply of PRINT Materials and Research Products shall be provided for in the Commercial Supply Agreement, if any, described in Section 9.2.

  • The Parties may choose to combine into a single agreement the Development Supply Agreement and the Commercial Supply Agreement for a Licensed Product.

  • For clarity, all commercial supply will fall under a Definitive Commercial Supply Agreement, if applicable.

More Definitions of Commercial Supply

Commercial Supply means the supply of Labeled Drug by Nordion to Corixa for sale after regulatory approval of Labeled Drug has been received by Corixa from the FDA in the United States.
Commercial Supply means the supply of Gas Cylinders by PowderJect to AlgoRx pursuant to Sections 2.4(b) and 2.5(b).
Commercial Supply means Licensed Product in final form, packaged, labelled and ready to market (Drug Product) for purposes of Commercializing Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory.
Commercial Supply means Product manufactured by SurModics that has been approved by the FDA or its foreign equivalent for commercial release.

Commercial Supply means, with respect to the Product, Product intended or used for the purpose of Commercializing (including Launching and maintaining safety stock) the Product in accordance with the Commercialization Plans (for clarity, whether such Product was Manufactured prior to, on, or after the date on which Regulatory Approval was obtained for the Product). For clarity, Clinical Supply shall not constitute Commercial Supply. ​
Commercial Supply means supplies of a Product for commercial sale or as promotional samples, or for use in Post-Marketing Clinical Trials.
