Commercial Speech definition

Commercial Speech means all non-College advertising, marketing, sales, purchases, or agreements for the sale or purchase of goods or services, and all non-College solicitations of gifts of money or other goods or services by a person, groups of persons, or other entity, including charitable organizations. Commercial Speech is not Public Expression for purposes of this policy.
Commercial Speech means advertisements, solicitations, or testimonials for goods or services, including distribution of commercial leaflets, fliers, handbills, or similar messaging.
Commercial Speech means any sign wording, logo or other representation advertising a business, profession, commodity, service or entertainment for business purposes.

Commercial Speech means speech in which the individual is engaged in commerce, the intended audience is commercial or actual or potential consumers, and the content of the message is commercial.
