Commercial Space definition

Commercial Space means any nonresidential space located in or on the property of a Rental Housing Development that is, or is proposed to be, rented or leased by the owner of the Project, the income from which shall be included in Operating Income.
Commercial Space shall have the meaning set forth in 25 CCR Section 8301(c).
Commercial Space means scheduled commercial spaces namely the Specified Area as per schedule I at New Delhi Metro Station on Airport Express Line of DMRC network for commercial development & utilization on license basis by DMRC to the licensee under and in accordance with this License Agreement.
