Commercial Rebates definition

Commercial Rebates has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(c).
Commercial Rebates means rebates to commercial customers.
Commercial Rebates shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Administration Services Agreement.

  • Within ten (10) days after the Effective Date, Depomed shall provide to Santarus Depomed’s estimate of the Depomed Commercial Rebates Reserve, Depomed Government Rebates Reserve, Depomed Chargebacks Reserve, Depomed Patient Discount Reserve and the Depomed Returns Reserve, and, assuming the Effective Date were the business day immediately preceding the First Sales Booking Date, Depomed’s analyses in support of each of those items.

  • Within ten (10) days after the First Sales Booking Date, Depomed shall provide to Santarus Depomed’s estimate of the Depomed Commercial Rebates Reserve, Depomed Government Rebates Reserve, Depomed Chargebacks Reserve, Depomed Patient Discount Reserve and the Depomed Returns Reserve and Depomed’s analyses in support of each of those items.

  • Product Returns, Commercial Rebates and Chargebacks are to be processed by the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Transition Services Agreement.

  • Within fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar quarter, Buyer shall submit to Seller an invoice and supporting documentation relative to all Product Returns, Government Rebates, Commercial Rebates and Chargeback Claims received during the preceding calendar quarter for which Seller is financially responsible.

  • Each of the Depomed Commercial Rebates Reserve, Depomed Government Rebates Reserve, Depomed Chargebacks Reserve, Depomed Patient Discount Confidential Information, indicated by [***] has been omitted from this filing and filed separately with the Securities Exchange Commission.
