Commercial Pricing Node definition

Commercial Pricing Node has the meaning given to such term in the MISO Rules. “Commercially Reasonable Efforts” means, with respect to any action required to be made, attempted, or taken by a Party under this Agreement, such efforts as a reasonably prudent business would undertake for the protection of its own interest under the conditions affecting such action, including the amount of notice of the need to take such action, the duration and type of the action, the competitive environment in which such action occurs and other material considerations.
Commercial Pricing Node has the meaning given to such term in the MISO Rules.
Commercial Pricing Node has the meaning given to “Commercial Node” in the TEMT.

Examples of Commercial Pricing Node in a sentence

  • The Commercial Pricing Node type shall not be a Load Zone, Interface, or Hub.

Related to Commercial Pricing Node

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;

  • Pricing Grid the pricing grid attached hereto as Annex A.

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
