Commercial Parcel definition

Commercial Parcel shall have the meaning given such term in Section 10.4C hereof.
Commercial Parcel means a Parcel located within the PID which has been designated at the time of the adoption of the initial Assessment Roll and approval of this SAP for the future development of commercial uses such as, but not limited to, office buildings, retail shopping centers, and multi-family residential projects.
Commercial Parcel means a Tax Parcel of Benefited Property that is not a Residential Parcel or a Government Parcel.

More Definitions of Commercial Parcel

Commercial Parcel means any portion of the Property shown on the Plat as commercial land or otherwise designated by Developer for commercial or business use, whether improved or unimproved.

Commercial Parcel means and refer to those portions of the Property upon which commercial Improvements have been or are to be constructed.

Commercial Parcel means that portion of the Property consisting of approximately 16.7 acres shown on the Concept Plan as “Commercial.”
