Commercial Operation Date definition

Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which the Facility achieves Commercial Operation.
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which the conditions set forth in Section 3.4(b) have been satisfied, as set out in a written notice from Seller to Buyer.

More Definitions of Commercial Operation Date

Commercial Operation Date means the date stated in Seller’s Notice, substantially in the form of Appendix VI-A, upon which the Project became Commercially Operable.
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which the Project Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority in accordance with Clause 5.4.6 upon procuring of the Completion Certificate with respect to all the Project Facilities by the Developer.
Commercial Operation Date. (COD) shall mean the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

The Commercial Operation Date cannot be before the date as stated on the Certificate of Completion or other written permission to operate or authority to interconnect the Facility provided by the T&D Utility.
