Review and confirm that requirements of Exhibit B of the ESSA have been satisfied, such that the Guaranteed Construction Start Date and/or Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has been extended.
The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of 40 years from the Commercial Operation Date and ending on the Expiry Date.
