Commercial fuel oil definition

Commercial fuel oil means a fuel oil specifically produced, manufactured for sale and intended for use in fuel- burning or combustion equipment. A mixture of commercial fuel oil with noncommercial fuel when greater than 50% of the heat content is derived from the commercial fuel oil portion is considered a commercial fuel oil.
