Commercial Field definition

Commercial Field means a geological structure or feature which hosts one or more reservoirs from which petroleum production may be commercially undertaken through a defined set of facilities”;
Commercial Field means the treatment or prevention of a Disease Indication (if and when a Commercial Option is exercised for such Disease Indication by Licensee under Section 2.3) in human beings by in vivo gene therapy with the applicable Specified Vector selected for the applicable Disease Indication.
Commercial Field means, collectively, the Therapeutic Field and the Diagnostic Field.

More Definitions of Commercial Field

Commercial Field means (a) the treatment of Friedreich’s Ataxia (Systemic) in human beings by in vivo gene therapy with AAVrh10; and (b) if and when a Commercial Option is exercised for a Disease Indication by Licensee under Section 2.3, the treatment of such Disease Indication in human beings by in vivo gene therapy with the Specified Vector selected for such Disease Indication.
Commercial Field means an area delineated on the surface as described in the approved Development Plan for such Petroleum Field.
