Commercial Delivery definition

Commercial Delivery means the date of the first commercial sale to a Third Party customer for commercial use or on sale of Finished Product in any country within the Territory following Regulatory Approval;
Commercial Delivery means the sale of the Product to a Customer, excluding sales for experimental or test market purposes.
Commercial Delivery means the sale to a Customer of Licensed Product.
