Commercial center definition

Commercial center means a use of property for active ground floor uses such as retail.
Commercial center means a group of contiguous lots organized into a shopping center, strip mall, business park, office condominium or similar grouping that share mutual access, ingress and egress easements.

Commercial center means two or more retail businesses or service uses located on one or more lots or parcels with common parking facilities or access from a common drive.

This property interest shall be for the life of the center, run with the land and shall be a recorded covenant on the Property.
Commercial center means a commercial Coordinated Development or single commercial property with a total area of at least ten (10) acres.
Commercial center means a completely planned and designed commercial development providing for the sale of general merchandise, convenience goods or services.
