Commercial cannabis activity means any activity involving the cultivation, processing, distribution, manufacturing, testing, sale, or related activities, of cannabis for commercial purposes.

  • Upon mutual agreement of the Parties, NMG shall also provide additional capital to SD to be used solely for the expansion of SD’s Commercial Cannabis Activity.


More Definitions of Commercial cannabis activity

Commercial cannabis activity means to compound, blend, extract, infuse, or otherwise make or prepare a cannabis product provided for by Division 10 (commencing with Section 26000) of the Business and Professions Code.
Commercial cannabis activity means any cultivation, possession, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or sale of cannabis or cannabis products, including but not limited to medical cannabis cooperatives and collectives.
Commercial cannabis activity means the cultivation, possession, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or sale of Cannabis and cannabis products as provided for in Ordinance No. 348, as amended through Ordinance No. 348.4898, and any other subsequently adopted zoning ordinance amendment or subsequently adopted zoning ordinance.
Commercial cannabis activity means the cultivation, possession, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or sale of cannabis and cannabis product for medical, non-medical, or any other purpose and includes the activities of any business licensed by the State or other government entity under Division 10 of the California Business and Professions Code, or any provision of State law that regulates the licensing of cannabis businesses. Commercial cannabis activity does not include the cultivation, possession, storage, manufacturing, or transportation of cannabis by a qualified patient for his or her personal medical use so long as the qualified patient does not provide, donate, sell or distribute cannabis to any other person. Commercial cannabis activity also does not include the cultivation, possession, storage, manufacturing, transportation, donation or provision of cannabis by a primary caregiver, exclusively for the personal medical purposes of no more than five specified qualified patients for whom he or she is the primary caregiver, but who does not receive remuneration for these activities except for compensation in full compliance with California Health and Safety Code section 11362.765.
Commercial cannabis activity means the cultivation, possession, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or sale (as those terms are defined in California Business and Professions Code section 26001, as the same may be amended from time to time) of cannabis and cannabis product for medicinal, adult-use, or any other purpose and includes the activities of any business licensed by the State or other government entity under Division 10 of the California Business and Professions Code, or any provision of State law that regulates the licensing of cannabis businesses. “Commercial cannabis activity” does not include (1) the cultivation, possession, storage, manufacturing, or transportation of cannabis by a qualified patient (as that term is defined in California Health and Safety Code section 11362.7) for his or her personal medical use so long as the qualified patient does not provide, donate, sell or distribute cannabis to any other person; or (2) the cultivation, possession, storage, manufacturing, transportation, donation or provision of cannabis by a primary caregiver (as that term is defined in California Health and Safety Code section 11362.7), exclusively for the personal medical purposes of no more than five specified qualified patients for whom he or she is the primary caregiver, but who does not receive remuneration for these activities except for compensation in full compliance with California Health and Safety Code section 11362.765.
Commercial cannabis activity means the cultivation, possession, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or sale of cannabis and cannabis product for medicinal, non-medicinal, or any other purpose and includes (i) the production of hashish oil and the distillation or extraction of cannabidiol (“CBD”) from industrial hemp having more than three-tenths of one percent THC contained in the dried flowering tops and (ii) the activities of any business licensed by the State or other government entity under Division 10 of the California Business and Professions Code, or any provision of State law that regulates the licensing of cannabis businesses.
Commercial cannabis activity means the any one of the following: commercial cultivation, possession, manufacturing, processing, storing, laboratory testing, labeling, transporting, distribution, or sale of medicinal or non-medicinal cannabis or a medicinal or non-medicinal cannabis product. For the purposes of this Section, “Commercial Cannabis Activity” does not include the personal use activities as defined in Section 11362.1 and Section 11362.2 of the California Health &and Safety Code.
