Commercial Block definition

Commercial Block means the portion of the New Building in a portion of the ground floor and first floor to contain Units for non residential use (including but not limited to ATM, banking, office, shop, restaurant, café, parlour etc.,) and shall include the separate staircase between ground and first floor and also include any Parking Spaces, open and covered spaces as the Promoter may identify earmark or demarcate as being exclusive to or for the non residential Units.
Commercial Block means shops forming part of the Whole Project to be developed on one portion of the Scheduled Land, in Building named as Commercial Block, Common Area and Facilities reserved for use of shops, all improvements and structures thereon and all easements, rights and appurtenances belonging thereto and named as “Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Plaza”.
Commercial Block means the portion of the Said Building at the Project to contain Units for non residential use (including but not limited to ATM, banking, office, shop, restaurant, café, parlour etc.,) and shall include the separate entrance open spaces surrounding the same and other areas relating thereto that may be identified as commercial block and also include any Parking Spaces, open and covered spaces as the Promoter may identify earmark or demarcate as being exclusive to or for the non residential Units it being clarified that the Promoter may alter or vary the size or location of such open and covered space and when so altered or varied, the altered or varied area shall form part of the Commercial Block.
