Commerce Partner definition

Commerce Partner means any manufacturer, retailer, restaurateur, service company, financial institution or other business that enters into an agreement with Upromise pursuant to which such business offers cash rebates or other cash awards to Upromise Members through the Upromise Service.
Commerce Partner means any Person that provides services involving a commercial transaction to InfoSpace or Company.
Commerce Partner means any Network Endpoint that is designated by Affiliate, accepted by OrderTrust, and Certified in conjunction with the services as set forth in section 4 of this Service Specification.

  • The Exhibitor must have a "will call" box office window or ticketing kiosk(s) to receive the credit card of Consumers who have purchased on-line tickets through the Commerce Partner web site, confirm the pre-existing transaction, and deliver the ticket(s) to the Consumer.

Commerce Partner means the third party, selected by Infoseek, who shall be responsible for processing e-commerce transactions initiated on the Co- Branded Pages or through the Co-Branded Software.
