COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT. Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order. SOW AGREEMENTS If selected, the Contractor will sign an SOW Agreement with the Contracting Agency to provide the deliverables set forth in its response and at prices agreed by the Contracting Agency. Minimum support levels set forth in this SOW RFP and terms, and conditions from the Master Agreement, including Attachment C thereto, will become part of each SOW Agreement. Each SOW Agreement will be subject to review throughout its term. The Contracting Agency will consider cancellation of each SOW Agreement, as well as the Master Agreement upon discovery that the Contractor is in violation of any portion of the Master Agreement or an SOW Agreement, including an inability by the Contractor to provide the products, support, and/or service offered in its response. Each SOW Agreement shall specify the term of the Agreement.   • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS Amend Sub-Clause 41.1 as follows: Delete the words “as soon as is reasonably possible” in the first sentence and replace with “within the period stated in the Appendix to Bid”.

  • Termination of Work Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, each of the parties shall be entitled at any time to terminate the Marine Spill Response Services, or any portion thereof, being provided under this Agreement in any given case by giving notice to the other. Upon such notice being provided, Applicable Response Organization shall cease to provide the Marine Spill Response Services or any portion thereof, and shall carry out any required demobilization activities, and Owner shall pay all outstanding Applicable Response Organization Fees and Taxes.

  • Commencement and Completion of Work Upon the Effective Date of the Contract, bidder agrees to commence all Preconstruction Activities. Upon issuance of a Proceed Order, bidder agrees to commence physical activities on the Site with adequate forces and equipment and to complete to Material Completion all work in 90 consecutive calendar days beginning the day after the date of the Proceed Order.   • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.
