Commencement of Production definition

Commencement of Production means the commencement of regular production for commercial purposes from the license area of the licensee.

Commencement of Production means the date on which an Industrial Enterprise actually commences Industrial Production subject to verification as per norms prescribed in these rules by the Corporation from time to time in this regard.
