Combined Business definition

Combined Business has the meaning set forth in the preliminary statements to this Agreement.
Combined Business means, collectively, (a) the Business and (b) the business and operations conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by Seller and New England Gas Appliance Company, a Massachusetts corporation (the “NEG Subsidiary”), including (i) the regulated gas distribution business conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by Seller through New England Gas Company, and (ii) the NEG Subsidiary's appliance and equipment installation and servicing businesses, and the non-regulated businesses conducted by Seller through New England Gas Company that relate to such activities conducted by the NEG Subsidiary.
Combined Business means the existing business of the Buyer or any of its current subsidiaries and the business of the Company, MES, Grey Fox or any of their respective Subsidiaries.

  • The Servicer shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding payments to be made to it (other than changes with respect to the mailing addresses for remittances) unless the Funding Agents shall have received, at least ten (10) Combined Business Days before the proposed effective date therefore, written notice of such change.
