Combination Settlement definition

Combination Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).
Combination Settlement. If Combination Settlement is applicable to any Option exercised or deemed exercised hereunder, Dealer will pay or deliver, as the case may be, to Counterparty, on the relevant Settlement Date for each such Option:

Examples of Combination Settlement in a sentence

  • In respect of any Option, Net Share Settlement, Combination Settlement or Cash Settlement, as specified by Counterparty in the Notice of Final Settlement Method.

  • For any Option, the 50 consecutive Valid Days commencing on, and including, the 51st Scheduled Valid Day immediately prior to the Expiration Date; provided that if the Notice of Final Settlement Method for such Option specifies that Settlement in Shares or Low Cash Combination Settlement applies to the Relevant Convertible Note, the Settlement Averaging Period shall be the 75 consecutive Valid Days commencing on, and including, the 76st Scheduled Valid Day immediately prior to the Expiration Date.
