  • Child-placing agency means any person who places children in foster homes, adoptive homes or

  • Polling place means the building where voting is conducted.

  • College President means the chief executive officer of the college appointed by the board of trustees.

  • CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711–1715.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
