Collection Zone definition

Collection Zone means the area of an interactive water feature where water from the feature will be collected and drained for treatment.
Collection Zone means the Collection Zone or Collection Zones TSS has awarded the Collector the right to deliver Services and more particularly depicted and described in Schedule E – Collection Zone;
Collection Zone means the geographically defined areas in Connecticut from which Mattresses will be collected at Collection Sites and subsequently transported to Recyclers. Recyclers may provide services to one or more Zones:

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).
