Collection Member definition

Collection Member means any Person or Persons who has/have become entitled to the benefits of membership in The Club by reason of being the owner(s) of a Qualifying Interest in an Affiliated Collection and having completed any relevant Club Membership Agreement and other documentation required by that Affiliated Collection’s Club Affiliation Agreement in a personal or representative capacity with respect to said Qualifying Interest.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Related Loan Group For Group 1, Loan Group 1; for Group 2, Loan Group 2; for Group 3, Loan Group 3; and for Group 4, Loan Group 4.

  • Collateral Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(c).

  • Collection Date The date following the Termination Date on which the Aggregate Unpaids have been reduced to zero and indefeasibly paid in full.
