Collection Banks definition

Collection Banks means (a) any Eligible Institution(s) designated by Mortgage Borrower as Collection Bank and reasonably approved by Lender from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, or (b) any other financial institution otherwise reasonably approved by Lender and, if a Securitization has occurred, with respect to which a Rating Agency Confirmation has been obtained.
Collection Banks shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.03(b).
Collection Banks as defined in Section 2.21(a).

  • The Escrow Collection Banks shall not exercise any lien whatsoever over the monies deposited therein.

Collection Banks. (a) Barclays Bank PLC, or (b) one or more financial institutions located in the United States, selected by the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent (it being understood and agreed that each of Bank of Hawaii, Bank of America, N.A., First Hawaiian Bank and Central Pacific Bank are satisfactory to the Collateral Agent).
