Collected Fees definition

Collected Fees means the amount of Fees (as defined in the Merchant Agreement) actually collected by InterPayments with respect to transactions by Joint Customers and Specified Joint Customers for the Term (or time period) specified in this Agreement or in the Affiliate Partner Form; provided such transactions were effected using the Affiliate Partner’s proprietary products, services or technology (or any combination thereof) and which are not subject to refund, a bona fide dispute or reserve. For clarity, Fees shall exclude late payment interest/charges, sales tax as applicable, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks.
Collected Fees means the amount of Fees (as defined in the Merchant Agreement) actually collected with respect to the Converted Accounts by InterPayments and not subject to refund, a bona fide dispute or reserve.
Collected Fees means the amount actually collected and received by WCT from the respective supplier for a Qualifying Sale.

Examples of Collected Fees in a sentence

  • EXHIBIT C: Incentives to Recruit New InterPayments’ Referrers InterPayments incentivizes the Referrer to introduce InterPayments to other referrers or third parties in the Referrer’s network (“Affiliated Referrer”; not party to this Agreement) for the purposes of creating Converted Accounts and generating Collected Fees.
