Collateral Warranty definition

Collateral Warranty means a warranty to be given by each member of the Professional Team the Building Contractor and any sub-contractor having responsibility for design of any part of the Building Improvement Works. "Construction Regulations" means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994.
Collateral Warranty means the collateral warranty in the form set out in Appendix 2;
