Collateral Tape definition

Collateral Tape means, with respect to each Eligible Loan, the tape containing the fields of information set forth in Exhibit VII attached hereto.
Collateral Tape means a computer-readable magnetic tape containing the information with respect to each item of Collateral, to be delivered by you to us pursuant to the Loan and Security Agreement, with tape fields as set forth in Annex 1 of the Custodial Agreement.
Collateral Tape means either the Preliminary Collateral Tape or Final Collateral Tape.

  • The principal amount of each Mortgage Loan stated on the related Collateral Tape has been fully disbursed as of the related Purchase Date and there is no requirement for future advances thereunder (except in those cases where the full amount of the Mortgage Loan has been disbursed but a portion thereof is being held in escrow or reserve accounts pending the satisfaction of certain conditions relating to leasing, repairs or other matters with respect to the related Mortgaged Property).

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • Additional Collateral Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan identified as such in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • Collateral Pool means all of the Collateral.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Collateral Call means a notice to a Participant that additional Collateral, or possibly early payment, is required in order to remain in, or to regain, compliance with Tariff, Attachment Q. Commencement Date:

The Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Operating Advisor (other than with respect to any Collateral Deficiency Amount calculations that the Operating Advisor is required to review, recalculate and/or verify pursuant to Section 3.29) shall be entitled to conclusively rely on the Special Servicer’s calculation or determination of any Collateral Deficiency Amount.

  • Collateral Event means that no Relevant Entity has credit ratings at least equal to the Approved Ratings Threshold.

  • Counterparty Downgrade Collateral Account means an interest-bearing account of the Issuer with the Custodian into which all Counterparty Downgrade Collateral is to be deposited.

  • Collateral Available Funds means with respect to any Distribution Date, the Collateral Floating Percentage of Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

  • Additional Collateral Documents as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Collateral Coverage Ratio means (i) the aggregate value of any relevant collateral security, including the pro rata value of any shared collateral, divided by (ii) the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the relevant debt.

  • Collateral Report means any certificate (including any Borrowing Base Certificate), report or other document delivered by any Grantor to the Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to the Collateral pursuant to any Loan Document.
