Collateral Shares definition

Collateral Shares means any Shares held in or credited to any Collateral Account.

Collateral Shares means, at any time, the units of Underlying Equity pledged to the Lender Parties and credited to the Collateral Account at such time to secure the Obligations.

More Definitions of Collateral Shares

Collateral Shares means any Shares fiducially assigned pursuant to the Shares Security Agreement (which shall be the “Fiduciarily Assigned Shares”, under and as defined in the Shares Security Agreement) and not released under the Collar Loan Documentation.
