Collateral Representative definition

Collateral Representative. (i) in respect of the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, the ABL Collateral Representative (as defined therein) and the Term Loan Collateral Representative (as defined therein), (ii) if any Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Senior Priority Representative (as defined therein) and (iii) if any Other Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Person acting as representative for the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties thereunder for the applicable purpose contemplated by this Agreement and the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
Collateral Representative. (i) if the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the ABL Collateral Representative (as defined therein, with respect to ABL Priority Collateral) and the Term Loan Collateral Representative (as defined therein, with respect to Term Loan Priority Collateral), (ii) if any Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Senior Priority Representative (as defined therein) and (iii) if any Other Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Person acting as representative for the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties thereunder for the applicable purpose contemplated by this Agreement and the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
Collateral Representative. (i) the Cash Flow Collateral Representative and the Cash Flow Collateral Agent (each as defined in the Base Intercreditor Agreement) and (ii) if any other Intercreditor Agreement is executed, the Person acting as representative for the U.S. ABL Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties thereunder for the applicable purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
