Collateral Records definition

Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.
Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, supplier lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software and related documentation, computer printouts, tapes, disks and other electronic storage media and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.
Collateral Records means all books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

More Definitions of Collateral Records

Collateral Records means books, records, computer software, computer printouts, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, and similar items which relate to any Collateral other than such items obtained under license or franchise security agreements which prohibit assignment or disclosure of such items.
Collateral Records means all of Debtor’s existing and hereafter acquired books, records, data and other documents relating to the assets referred to in Section 1.2(a) and (b).

Collateral Records means, to the extent relating to Accounts Receivable, Inventory, the other Revolver Priority Collateral or any Account Debtor or other Person obligated on or in connection with any of the Accounts Receivable, all of the Borrower's and all of each other Loan Party's present and future books of account of every kind or nature, purchase and sale agreements, invoices, ledger cards, bills of lading and other shipping evidence, statements, correspondence, memoranda, credit files and other data, together with the tapes, disks, diskettes and other data and software storage media and devices, file cabinets or containers in or on which the foregoing are stored (including any rights of the Borrower and the other Loan Parties with respect to the foregoing maintained with or by any other Person).
Collateral Records means, with respect to each Grantor, all of such Grantor’s books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, supplier lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software and related documentation, computer printouts, tapes, disks and other electronic storage media and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.
