Collateral Properties definition

Collateral Properties means, collectively, (i) each Initial Collateral Property for which (a) a Security Instrument and each other applicable Security Document has been delivered to and accepted by the Administrative Agent and (b) each other condition set forth on Annex I has been satisfied or waived in writing by the Administrative Agent in respect of such Property (provided that any such condition requiring delivery of Security Documents that the Administrative Agent determines to be applicable, a Title Policy, flood hazard determinations or, to the extent applicable, evidence of flood insurance coverage as required by the Administrative Agent shall not be waived without the written consent of the Requisite Lenders), and (ii) each other Property added as a Collateral Property from time to time pursuant to Section 7.15(a); provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, solely for purposes of Sections 7.13(b), 9.2, 9.4, and 12.2, each Initial Collateral Property shall, at all times prior to the satisfaction of the Initial Mortgage Collateral Requirement, and solely to the extent the Initial Mortgage Collateral Requirement is not yet satisfied, be deemed to be a “Collateral Property” for all purposes thereunder regardless of whether or not the conditions specified in the foregoing clauses (i)(a) and (i)(b) shall have been satisfied.
Collateral Properties means, collectively, (i) each Initial Collateral Property for which (a) a Security Instrument and each other applicable Security Document has been delivered to and accepted by the Administrative Agent and (b) each other condition set forth on Annex I has been satisfied or waived in writing by the Administrative Agent in respect of such Property (provided that any such condition requiring delivery of Security Documents that the Administrative Agent determines to be applicable, a Title Policy, flood hazard determinations or, to the extent applicable, evidence of flood insurance coverage as required by the Administrative Agent shall not be waived without the written consent of the Requisite Lenders), and (ii) each other Property added as a Collateral Property from time to time pursuant to Section 7.15(a); provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, solely for purposes of Sections 7.13(b), 9.2, 9.4, and 12.2, each Initial Collateral Property shall, at all times prior to the satisfaction of the Initial Mortgage Collateral Requirement, be deemed to be a “Collateral Property” for all purposes thereunder regardless of whether or not the conditions specified in the foregoing clauses (i)(a) and (i)(b) shall have been satisfied.
Collateral Properties means any Borrowing Base Property or Borrowing Base Properties and other Individual Properties which (i) were a Borrowing Base Property, (ii) were no longer deemed such under Section 3.4.1, and (iii) for which the Release Conditions have not been satisfied, as described in Section 3.4.3.

  • For certain Collateral Properties, we were instructed by the applicable Mortgage Loan Sellers, on behalf of the Depositor, to obtain information relating to the current property taxes for each such Collateral Property from the applicable tax assessor website (each, a “Tax Assessor Website,” and collectively, the “Tax Assessor Websites”).

More Definitions of Collateral Properties

Collateral Properties means collective reference to the real properties, improvements and associated FF&E which are pledged and encumbered as Collateral securing repayment of the Bank Facilities from time to time, which shall consist of the Lodge Real Property, the Gilpxx Xxxl Property, the Parking Garage Leasehold and the Gold Dust Real Property, together with any other real property or interests therein which may be held by Agent Bank from time to time to secure repayment of the Bank Facilities.
Collateral Properties means each of the properties subject to or required to become subject to a Mortgage; as of the Effective Date, the Collateral Properties are listed on Schedule 6.01(ee) hereto.
