Collateral Payment definition

Collateral Payment means the amount of Collateral Balance paid by the Issuer to the Swap Counterparty under the Default Swap as described in paragraph 20(B)(ii) below relating to such Credit Event.
Collateral Payment means an amount in USD equal to the amount of Delivered Bond Collateral delivered by the Issuer to the Swap Counterparty under the Default Swap as described in paragraph 20(B)(ii) below relating to such Credit Event. For the avoidance of doubt, where there is an Overdelivery Bond Collateral Amount (as defined in paragraph 20(B)(ii)), the Delivered Bond Collateral shall be an amount equal to (a) such Overdelivery Bond Collateral Amount minus (b) the amount paid into the Deposit Account by the Swap Counterparty in accordance with the terms of the Default Swap in relation thereto. Where there is an Underdelivery Bond Collateral Amount (as defined in paragraph 20(B)(ii)), the Delivered Bond Collateral shall be an amount equal to (a) such Underdelivery Bond Collateral Amount plus (b) the cash amount paid out of the Deposit Account in accordance with the terms of the Default Swap in relation thereto.
Collateral Payment means a payment or prepayment in satisfaction or settlement in respect of any portion of the Collateral resulting in the release of such portion of the Collateral upon receipt of such payment or prepayment in satisfaction or settlement pursuant to the terms of the Collateral Trust and Intercreditor Agreement.
