Collateral Obligations definition

Collateral Obligations has the meaning specified in the Recitals.

Collateral Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Collateral Obligations means each obligation as so defined in the Swap Agreement which shall include any Replacement Collateral Obligations which are substituted pursuant to Condition 6(q) (Collateral Obligations Exchange) of the Notes (but excluding any Substituted Collateral Obligations for which Replacement Collateral Obligations have been substituted). The initial Collateral Obligations are EUR 3,100,000 nominal amount of 3.50 per cent. notes due 2014 issued by UniCredit S.p.A. (ISIN: IT0004502446);

Examples of Collateral Obligations in a sentence

• All Collateral Obligations shall be credited to the Custodial Account.

• All Cash deposited in the Accounts shall be invested only in Eligible Investments or Collateral Obligations in accordance with the terms of this Indenture.

• In connection with all calculations required to be made pursuant to this Indenture with respect to Scheduled Distributions on any Asset, or any payments on any other assets included in the Assets, with respect to the sale of and reinvestment in Collateral Obligations, and with respect to the income that can be earned on Scheduled Distributions on such Assets and on any other amounts that may be received for deposit in the Collection Account, the provisions set forth in this Section 1.3 shall be applied.

• It has the power, authority and legal right to execute and deliver this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and to perform its obligations hereunder and thereunder; has full power, authority and legal right to grant to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, a valid and enforceable security interest in the Collateral Obligations and the other Collateral and has duly authorized such grant by all necessary action.

More Definitions of Collateral Obligations

Collateral Obligations means the due and punctual payment of the principal of and interest on the Notes when and as the same shall be due and payable, whether on an interest payment date, at maturity, by acceleration, repurchase, redemption or otherwise, and interest on the overdue principal of and interest on the Notes and performance of all other Security Obligations of the Indenture Parties to the Holders or the Trustee or the Collateral Agent under the Indenture, the Notes, this Agreement and the other Indenture Documents.

Collateral Obligations means the Class A Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 1996-4 in an aggregate principal amount of $363,900,000 issued by the Chase Credit Card Master Trust.

Collateral Obligations means the credit card securities or receivables listed in the Series Trust Indenture.

Collateral Obligations means the underlying securities listed in the Series Trust Indenture, together with the Issuer's rights under the Swap Agreement, any Related Agreement and any Credit Enhancement Agreement.
