Collateral Material definition

Collateral Material means data sheets, application briefs, presentation brochures and other advertising or promotional materials that are distributed in the normal course of business to market the product(s) and that are not designated as confidential by the Parties.
Collateral Material means any linguistic or non-linguistic material, written or recorded, or information or content which Purchaser puts at the disposal of Supplier for the purpose of performing the Agreement, including, but not limited to: source files, target files, translation memories, terminology databases, documentation of any kind, drawings, technical documents, software, programs or other data-bearing media in whatever format.
