Collateral Management Fees definition

Collateral Management Fees means, collectively, Senior Collateral Management Fees and Subordinated Collateral Management Fees.
Collateral Management Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(a).

  • At such time as the Notes are redeemed in whole in connection with an Optional Redemption (other than a Refinancing) or a Tax Redemption, without duplication, all accrued and unpaid Senior Collateral Management Fees, Current Deferred Senior Management Fees, Cumulative Deferred Senior Management Fees and Senior Collateral Management Fee Shortfall Amounts (collectively, the “Aggregate Senior Collateral Management Fee”) shall be due and payable to the Collateral Manager.

Collateral Management Fees means, collectively, the Senior Management Fees and the Subordinated Management Fees.
Collateral Management Fees means the fees described in the first sentence of Section 4 of the Collateral Management Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Collateral Manager may waive the right to receive the Collateral Management Fees on any Payment Date.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Collateral Manager may waive the right to receive the Collateral Management Fees on any Payment Date.
Collateral Management Fees means the Initial Fee, the Annual Fee and the Performance Fee.
