Collateral Locations definition

Collateral Locations means each location where any Collateral is now or hereafter located, including, without limitation, those Collateral Locations listed in Section 12 of this Agreement.

Collateral Locations shall have the meaning assigned in Section 6 hereof.

Collateral Locations means the respective chief executive office of the Borrower and each other Obligor and those additional locations, if any, of the Borrower and each other Obligor set forth and described in the Collateral Disclosure Certificate.

Examples of Collateral Locations in a sentence

• The applicable Obligor owns and shall at all times own all Permitted Collateral Locations, except to the extent otherwise disclosed on Schedule I.

• Bank shall have received such Collateral Access Agreements from lessors, warehousemen, bailees, and other third persons as Bank may require with respect to all Collateral Locations.

• Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a Lien Waiver with respect to all Material Tangible Collateral Locations.

• The Debtor owns and shall at all times own all Permitted Collateral Locations, except to the extent otherwise disclosed in the Perfection Certificate.

• Borrower and/or Restaurants, own all of the Equipment located at the Collateral Locations which is leased to the Subtenants and such Equipment is free and clear of all liens.

More Definitions of Collateral Locations

Collateral Locations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.5.

Collateral Locations means the Executive Office and those -------------------- additional locations, if any, set forth and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
