Collateral LLC definition

Collateral LLC means any Subsidiary, other than a Collateral SPV, of the Borrower that owns Loan Assets, Credit Tenant Lease Assets, Other Real Estate Owned Assets or interests in Venture LLCs, in each case, the equity interests in which are directly and wholly owned by one or more Collateral SPVs.
Collateral LLC means any Subsidiary, other than a Collateral SPV, of the Borrower that owns Loan Assets, Credit Tenant Lease Assets, Other Real Estate Owned Assets, interests in Venture LLCs or other Collateral, in each case, the equity interests in which are directly and wholly owned by one or more Collateral SPVs.

  • The Credit Support Pledge Agreement, dated as of November 24, 1998, among the Company, as master servicer, GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Combined Collateral LLC and The First National Bank of Chicago (now known as JPMorgan Chase Bank), as custodian.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • Collateral Event means that no Relevant Entity has credit ratings at least equal to the Approved Ratings Threshold.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • First Priority Lien means any Lien created by the First Priority Security Documents.

  • Additional Collateral Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan identified as such in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
