Collateral Enhancement Ratio Test definition

Collateral Enhancement Ratio Test means the test which is satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such subsequent Measurement Date, respectively, the Class E Par Value Ratio is at least 105.0 per cent.
Collateral Enhancement Ratio Test means the test which is satisfied if, on the first Payment Date falling on or after the Effective Date and on any subsequent Measurement Date during the Reinvestment Period, the Class E Par Value Ratio is at least 105.8 per cent.
Collateral Enhancement Ratio Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Collateral Enhancement Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition ofCoverage Test”.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination.   • S&P Required Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P of “BBB+”.

  • Ratings Spread means, with respect to an SRP Calculation Period, the percentage per annum set forth below opposite the highest applicable credit rating assigned to the VRDP Shares, unless the lowest applicable rating is below A3/A-, in which case the Ratings Spread shall mean the percentage per annum set forth below opposite the lowest applicable credit rating assigned to the VRDP Shares by Moody’s, Fitch or any Other Rating Agency, in each case rating the VRDP Shares at the request of the Fund, on the SRP Calculation Date for such SRP Calculation Period:

  • Average Delinquency Ratio on any Payment Date means the average of the Delinquency Ratios for the preceding three calendar months.

  • Liquidity Ratio means the ratio of Liquidity to all Indebtedness to Bank.

  • Overcollateralization Increase Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount as of such Distribution Date and (b) the Net Monthly Excess Cashflow for such Distribution Date.

  • Credit Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Securities, any person issuing, funding or otherwise making available, for the benefit of Securityholders or any party to a Serviced Corporate Trust Contract, an asset as an enhancement of the credit quality or liquidity of any Securities or the mortgage assets or other assets pledged for or underlying such Securities, such as a letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, guaranty, reserve fund pledge or collateral undertaking.

  • Collateral Pool means all of the Collateral.

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.
