More Definitions of Collateral Charge-Offs

Collateral Charge-Offs shall have the meaning specified in ---------------------- subsection 4.12(c) of the Agreement.

Related to Collateral Charge-Offs

  • Investor Charge-Offs means Class A Investor Charge-Offs, Class B Investor Charge-Offs and Collateral Charge-Offs.

  • Charge-Off means, for any period with respect to a particular Shared-Loss Asset, the amount of a loan or portion of a loan classified as “Loss” under the Examination Criteria as effected by the Assuming Institution and reflected on its Accounting Records for such period, consisting solely of a charge-off of the following:

  • Debt Service Reserve Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Collateral savings, as used in this clause, means those measurable net reductions resulting from a VECP in the agency's overall projected collateral costs, exclusive of acquisition savings, whether or not the acquisition cost changes.

  • Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Discharge of the Credit Agreement Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral; provided that the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations shall not be deemed to have occurred in connection with a Refinancing of such Credit Agreement Obligations with an Additional Senior Debt Facility secured by such Shared Collateral under one or more Additional Senior Debt Documents which has been designated in writing by the Administrative Agent (under the Credit Agreement so Refinanced) to the Collateral Agent and each other Representative as the “Credit Agreement” for purposes of this Agreement.
