Collateral Certificate definition

Collateral Certificate means an Investor Certificate issued pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the related Series Supplement.
Collateral Certificate has the meaning specified in the Transfer Agreement.
Collateral Certificate means the Series 2001-D Certificate issued pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Series 2001-D Supplement, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
